Beladi Villas was born out of a simple frustration: the best resorts and hotels are always shared spaces — crowded pools, narrow hallways, strangers at breakfast. The founders envisioned something different: an exclusive retreat where the entire property is yours alone.
Named after the Arabic word meaning "my homeland" or "my place," Beladi captures the feeling of arriving somewhere that truly belongs to you — even if only for a few days. It's the antidote to the conventional resort experience, a place where exclusivity is not a luxury tier but the entire point.
Starting with a curated property in Amadeo, Cavite — known for its cooler highland temperatures and lush greenery — and later expanding to Liliw, Laguna, Beladi has built a small portfolio of villas designed to the same exacting standard: natural materials, generous living spaces, private pool access, and an atmosphere of total seclusion.
